Fortuna Staging Co. provides professional home staging services including, but not limited to: staging consultations, vacant property staging, occupied property staging, accessory styling, and short-term rental staging. All services are outlined in the separate Service Agreement signed prior to commencement of work.
The scope, timeline, and pricing of each project are defined in the signed Service Agreement. Any changes to scope must be agreed upon in writing by both parties.
A non-refundable deposit of 50% of the total service fee is due at the time of booking to secure your scheduled date. The remaining balance is due on or before the date services begin, unless otherwise specified in the Service Agreement.
Accepted payment methods include: credit/debit card, ACH transfer. Personal checks are not accepted it must be cashiers check or certified check (bank check).
Late payments are subject to a late fee of 1.5% per month on any outstanding balance not received within 5 business days of the due date. Fortuna Staging Co. reserves the right to remove all staging inventory immediately if payment is not received.
Client must notify Fortuna Staging Co. of any cancellation or rescheduling request no less than 48 hours prior to the scheduled service date.
Fortuna Staging Co. reserves the right to reschedule services due to circumstances beyond our control, including weather events, illness, or unforeseen emergencies. In such cases, the deposit will be applied to the rescheduled date at no penalty to the Client.
For vacant staging packages, all furniture, decor, and accessories provided by Fortuna Staging Co. remain the sole property of Fortuna Staging Co. at all times. The initial staging period and any renewal terms are defined in the Service Agreement.
30-day renewals are available at the rate specified in the Service Agreement. Client must provide written notice of intent to renew no less than 5 business days prior to the expiration of the current staging period. Failure to renew or notify of property sale will result in removal of all inventory at Client's expense.
Client agrees not to move, alter, replace, or remove any staging inventory without prior written consent from Fortuna Staging Co.
Fortuna Staging Co. carries general liability insurance. However, Client acknowledges and agrees to the following:
Client agrees to maintain homeowner's or renter's insurance throughout the staging period and, upon request, provide proof of coverage.
Client agrees to provide Fortuna Staging Co. with safe and unobstructed access to the property on all scheduled service dates, including installation, refresh, and removal appointments. If access cannot be provided at the scheduled time, Client may be charged a trip fee not to exceed $150.
For occupied properties, Client agrees to ensure all personal valuables, medications, and sensitive items are secured prior to our arrival. Fortuna Staging Co. is not responsible for any personal items on the premises.
Client grants Fortuna Staging Co. the right to photograph staged properties for use in our portfolio, website, social media, and marketing materials. No personally identifying information (such as property address or Client name) will be published without Client's written consent.
Client may opt out of photography use by providing written notice at the time of booking.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fortuna Staging Co.'s total liability to Client for any claim arising out of or related to services rendered shall not exceed the total amount paid by Client for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
Fortuna Staging Co. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of sale, loss of profit, or delay in listing.
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Oklahoma. Any disputes arising under this Agreement shall be resolved in the appropriate courts of Oklahoma County, Oklahoma.
In the event of a dispute, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation before pursuing legal action.
These Terms and Conditions, together with the signed Service Agreement, constitute the entire agreement between Fortuna Staging Co. and Client and supersede all prior discussions, representations, or agreements. Any modifications to this Agreement must be made in writing and signed by both parties.

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern all services provided by Fortuna Staging Co. ("Company," "we," or "us") to clients ("Client") in Oklahoma and surrounding states. By signing a service agreement or engaging our services, Client agrees to be bound by these terms in full.

Overview
Fortuna Staging Co. provides professional staging services, not retail products. Because our work involves scheduling, labor, transportation, and physical inventory, all payments are governed by the terms below. By booking any service with Fortuna Staging Co., Client agrees to this policy in full.
Deposits
All bookings require a non-refundable 50% deposit to secure your scheduled date. This deposit covers the reservation of staging inventory, scheduling of our team, and preparation work that begins before we arrive at your property.
Deposits are non-refundable under any circumstances. No exceptions.
What We Do Not Refund
Fortuna Staging Co. does not issue refunds for:
Staging results are influenced by many factors outside our control — including market conditions, listing price, agent strategy, and buyer demand. Fortuna Staging Co. is not responsible for sale outcomes and does not offer refunds on that basis.
Early Termination of Staging Period
If a property sells or Client wishes to end the staging period before the agreed end date, no refund or pro-rated credit will be issued for any unused portion of the staging period. Inventory removal will be scheduled at the next available appointment.
If Client fails to notify Fortuna Staging Co. of a sale or end of staging need within 48 hours, Client remains responsible for any additional fees incurred during that period.
Cancellation Credits
Cancellations made 72 hours or more before the scheduled service date are eligible for a one-time credit equal to the deposit amount, applied toward a rescheduled appointment booked within 60 days. Credits are non-transferable and have no cash value.
Disputed Charges
Fortuna Staging Co. takes billing disputes seriously and will work in good faith to resolve any concern. Before initiating a chargeback or dispute through your financial institution, Client agrees to contact Fortuna Staging Co. directly in writing and allow 5 business days for a response.
Chargebacks filed without prior written notice to Fortuna Staging Co. will be contested. Client may be responsible for any associated chargeback fees and collection costs if the dispute is resolved in favor of Fortuna Staging Co.
Damage & Inventory Disputes
If staging inventory is damaged, lost, or stolen during the staging period, Client is responsible for the cost of repair or full replacement at current retail value. This is not subject to dispute or refund offset. Fortuna Staging Co. reserves the right to invoice Client directly for these costs and pursue collection if unpaid.
